Return Policy
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or a new product of similar value. This is only applicable for purchases within 7 days of receipt. Store credits expire within 1 year of issuing.
The item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit.

Please note that when returning items, they must be in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as UPS or FedEx). Boston Fiber Company, LLC is not liable for items lost in the mail upon return.
