Like A Bird Baby Blanket Pattern

This design won first place in the region for the American Heritage Award in 2023.

Blanket is worked flat back and forth in rows. Circular needles are used to accommodate the large number of sts.

Garter mosaic is knit on both the RS and WS. Pay attention to the legend depending on which side you’re working on.

• 1 Braid Gritty Knits Minisaurus Worsted 25 Pack (20g/43yds each mini skein, 1075 total yds/500g, 100% superwash merino) in Rainbow (CC – 575 total yds used)
• 3 Skeins Berroco Comfort (3.5oz/100g ea approx. 210yds/193m, 50% superfine nylon, 50% super fine acrylic) in #9734 Liquorice (MC – 630 total yds used)
• Size US 6 (4mm) 24” Circular Knitting Needles
